By accessing or using HausPath, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. If you are using HausPath on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
HausPath is a software platform that uses artificial intelligence to help sales professionals manage their workflow by detecting, classifying, and prioritizing activities across communication channels. The platform provides activity monitoring, intelligent prioritization, real-time notifications, and team collaboration features.

Your use of HausPath is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using HausPath, you consent to the data practices described in that policy.
All content, features, and functionality of the HausPath platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and the HausPath name and mark — are owned by HausPath, LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any data you input into HausPath. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.
Access to HausPath may require a paid subscription. If applicable:
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to HausPath. We may perform scheduled maintenance or experience occasional downtime. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned maintenance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HausPath, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to HausPath in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
HausPath is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HausPath, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.
Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. You may close your account by contacting us at support@hauspath.com. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice.
Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination to allow for data export, after which it will be deleted.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and, where practicable, by email. Your continued use of HausPath after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
