SMS / Text Messaging Terms

These SMS Terms describe the text messaging services provided by HausPath, LLC ("HausPath") and apply to all users who opt in to receive text messages from HausPath.

1. Consent & Opt-In

To receive text messages from HausPath, you may opt in through one of the following methods:

  1. On our website: By providing your mobile phone number on our Contact page and checking the SMS consent checkbox
  2. In your account: By entering your mobile phone number in your HausPath account settings and explicitly enabling SMS notifications by toggling on text message alerts

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to SMS notifications through either method, you consent to receive automated text messages from HausPath. These messages are related to your account activity and platform notifications — they are not marketing or promotional messages.

Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing or using HausPath.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by replying STOP to any message, disabling SMS notifications in your account settings, or contacting support@hauspath.com.

By providing your phone number and opting in to SMS notifications, you agree to receive automated text messages from HausPath, LLC. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. 2. Types of Messages

HausPath may send you the following types of text messages:

  • Activity alerts — Notifications about high-priority activities detected in your workflow
  • Appointment reminders — Reminders for upcoming scheduled events
  • Status updates — Changes to items you are tracking
  • Follow-up reminders — Reminders about pending items that require your attention
  • Account notifications — Security alerts, login verification, and account-related messages

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your account activity, notification preferences, and the number of active items in your workflow. You can customize which types of notifications generate text messages in your account settings.

4. Costs

HausPath does not charge for text messages, but message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Contact your carrier for details about your messaging plan.

5. Opting Out

You may opt out of receiving text messages from HausPath at any time by:

  • Replying STOP to any text message from HausPath
  • Updating your notification preferences in your HausPath account settings
  • Contacting us at support@hauspath.com

After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message. No further text messages will be sent unless you re-opt in.

6. Getting Help

For assistance with text messaging, you may:

  • Reply HELP to any text message from HausPath
  • Email support@hauspath.com

7. Carrier Disclaimer

Mobile carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and device compatibility.

8. Privacy

Your phone number and messaging data are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, share, or rent your phone number to third parties for marketing purposes.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued receipt of text messages after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
